Web analytics - GoatCounter
This website uses GoatCounter, a privacy-focused analytics service. GoatCounter does not use cookies, does not track visitors across websites, and does not collect or store personal data. It records only aggregated, anonymous usage statistics such as page views and referrer sources. Technical data such as your IP address and User-Agent are processed transiently to derive an anonymous visitor count and are not stored. Spam protection - Cloudflare Turnstile
Our contact and application forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.). To distinguish humans from automated abuse, Turnstile processes technical information such as your IP address and browser/device signals. Email delivery - Mailjet
When you send us a message or a job application, the email (and any attachment) is delivered to us via Mailjet (Mailgun France S.A.S. / Sinch). Mailjet processes the email content and technical delivery data on our behalf as a processor. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a possible business or employment relationship and our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). See Mailjet's Privacy Policy.
Job applications
When you submit a job application, we process the name, email address, selected position, any message, and the CV file you upload, in order to assess your application. The submission and the attached CV are delivered to us by email via Mailjet (see above). We retain application data only as long as necessary to process your application and as required by law, after which it is deleted. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a possible employment relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and § 26 BDSG.
Appointment booking - Cal.com
If you choose to book an introductory call, we use Cal.com via its European instance (app.cal.eu). The booking widget is loaded only when you interact with a "Book a call" button. Cal.com processes the name, email address and appointment details you enter, plus technical data such as your IP address. Booking data is hosted in the EU. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a possible business relationship and our legitimate interest in offering scheduling (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). See Cal.com's Privacy Policy.
